Retail Sales Executive – In-Store
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our shop team. The successful candidate will assist customers, recommend suitable products, process sales transactions, and help achieve the store’s sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
Welcome customers and assist them with product selection.
Explain product features, prices, and promotions.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Arrange products and maintain attractive store displays.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and selling skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
